GRUNDEJERFORENINGEN ØREGÅRDEN
WELCOME
The landowner association Øregården consists of 133 summer house plots located in the southern part of Omø, which appears today as an attractive summer house area characterized by the proximity to the Great Belt, nature and, of course, peace and quiet.
Mrs. Øregården was established in 1973 and over time has been responsible for the care and maintenance of roads, paths and the large common areas that surround the summer house area facing the Great Belt and Småland Sea.
USEFUL INFORMATION
Mrs. Øregården holds a general meeting every year -Whit Saturday at 10in the Assembly House on Omø.

SUBSCRIPTION
Membership is registered on the summer house plot.
The quota of DKK 700 per year (Jan. to Dec.) must be paid at the latest at the end of February. This has been adopted by the general meeting with effect from 2020.

Bank account: 1551 3212389218 in Danske Bank.
A list of the members' name, address and email address is kept and updated by the board for the purpose of collecting the contingent.
BRANCH COLLECTION
Branches can be laid out on a corner of the turning areas in September and October. Collection takes place in November.
Branches are collected twice a year. In the spring just after Easter and in the autumn in November.
Collection of branches takes place in collaboration with the Grenbrugspladsen in Omø. Exact dates can therefore be announced.
Branches that are cut outside of the two periods must be transported to the recycling site yourself.
The branch pickup includes does not garden waste and grass.
PAY ATTENTION TO BBR
The National Association of Holiday Home Owners recommends that the individual landowner check their property information in the BBR register. Missing or incorrect information can result in a fine and late payment of property tax.
